This is a no-pressure, confidential conversation where you’ll experience the essence of coaching and gain clarity on how our work together can help you move forward with purpose. What to Expect During the Session ☐ Explore Your Goals and Needs We'll delve into what you aim to achieve and assess whether coaching, mentoring, or another form of support best serves you at this stage. ☐ Experience the Coaching Approach Get a feel for my coaching style and receive valuable insights, even within this short introductory session. ☐ Clarify the Right Role We’ll identify whether you’re looking for a coach, a mentor, or a guide, and explore what that role entails in our work together. ☐ Assess Mutual Fit Just as you are considering whether I’m the right coach for you, I’ll also ensure I can genuinely support your goals and challenges. ☐ Confidential and Professional Environment Your privacy is paramount. This session is held in full confidence and adheres to the highest ethical and professional standards, including data protection compliance. If we discover that coaching isn't the most aligned path at this time, I’ll gladly guide you toward professionals in mentoring, training, or therapy—ensuring you receive the support best suited to your journey. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy Effective Date: 01/03/2025 Last Updated: 01/03/2025 At Plan Be Coaching, we aim to provide the best coaching experience while maintaining fairness and availability for all clients. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms regarding scheduling, cancellations, and waitlists. 1. Booking Policy All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by email at amir.farhangy@outlook.com Payment is required at the time of booking unless a prior arrangement has been made. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details for your session. One-on-one coaching sessions are scheduled based on availability, while group coaching and workshops have set start dates. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your session to qualify for rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you miss your session without notice, it will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Rescheduling: If you cancel at least 72 hours in advance, you may reschedule at no extra charge, subject to availability. Group Programs: Cancellations are not permitted after the program has started, as group sessions are based on a structured curriculum. 3. Waitlist Policy If a coaching session or program is full, you may join the waitlist by emailing amir.farhangy@outlook.com. When a spot becomes available, we will contact waitlisted clients in order. You will have 24 hours to confirm your booking before the spot is offered to the next person on the list. Waitlisted clients may be given priority for future openings. 4. Emergency & Special Circumstances If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
